'Jack Mest is a first class physiotherapist! The treatment has been spot on and my injury is recovering quickly now after months of stagnation before I arrived at PL' – Rebecca
After graduating with a bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 2008, Jack quickly established a himself in the specialist field of Sports Medicine. After completing a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy he joined Collingwood club - the Manchester United of Aussie Rules football. He was also involved in elite tennis, and in 2014 was tournament Physiotherapist at Melbourne Park.
Upon arriving in London in 2014, Jack quickly found his feet and joined the team at Physiotherapy London in Canary Wharf. The only thing that was missing was sport involvement and so Jack sought out work in football again, although this time in a different, more popular code. He was offered a part time position as academy physiotherapist at Tottenham Hotspur FC, which he currently balances with his Physiotherapy London commitments.
Jack is now happily settled in the city he now calls home, with a new visa that sees him in London long term providing specialist care to all musculoskeletal injuries with a special interest in knees injuries, sports injuries and chronic pain.
While Jack is passionate about lower limb injuries, he enjoys treating all sports related injuries, from back pain to tennis elbow.
Jack has returned to Australia for 2017 to pursue his Masters degree, but we're hoping to see him back with us in 2018.
