Formerly employed by Tennis Australia, Milly now works with elite British Tennis Players in her continued role as physiotherapist to the British Lawn Tennis Association. For the past 5 years, as well as assessing and treating a wide range of predominantly Upper Limb tennis injuries, she has been responsible for screening players and providing corrective exercises, as well as liaising with coaches regarding injury prevention and management. She provides physiotherapy to players during the Wimbledon Championships, and the Federation Cup.
Milly was accepted this year into the EUSSER (European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation) Education Committee, and has published the following research papers:
